As part of our commitment to providing our clients with the best possible service, GetQuorum is proud to announce the release of our Notice of Candidate Intent tool for Florida Annual Meetings.

Through this latest enhancement, owners can easily and securely submit an Intent to Run form electronically through the GetQuorum platform ahead of their communities' upcoming Annual Meeting.

How does it work?

While distributing your first Notice of Meeting, consented owners can easily submit an Intent to Run form and provide their bio as an attachment through the GetQuorum platform electronically by following these steps:

Step 1: Click the "Submit An Intent to Run Form" button included in the first Meeting Notice email.

Step 2: Review their preliminary information and optionally upload a resume or bio.

Step 3: Review and submit the Intent to Run form, and you're done!

Once submitted, the completed form and any corresponding attachments will be sent directly to your email and will be available for Community Managers to review on the GetQuorum Dashboard.

Disclaimer: The Notice of Intent tool is intended to aid in the nomination process for our clients and their owners. GetQuorum does not make a determination as to whether a candidacy will be accepted and will only include candidates on a ballot based on the information of your 2nd Notice. GetQuorum is not responsible for missed submission deadlines.

How does this impact your meeting?

The ability to submit an Intent to Run form electronically through the GetQuorum platform will help streamline and aid in the nomination process for our clients and their owners.
